After playing a little bit of Hexakill there's an item that stood out for me.

This is probably just me, but I feel like (Moonflair Spellblade) would be a great defensive item for mages in both Summoner's Rift and the Howling Abyss.
Considering that the mage update is coming out soon, the addition of Spellblade would work out nicely for any AP bruisers who might be left in the dust.
