Akali Quality of Life

So, I've noticed that I throw my Q kama, AA, hit them with aa before Q hits, wondering "wtf" . Perhaps increase responsiveness and movespeed of her q?

And perhaps increase her AA atk animation (not overall atk speed), so it's nicer to proc her q, since you nerds made her e less useful than her AA. -_-

Overall, kinda give her the Kat treatment.
