PRACTICE MODE

May we have a mode for custom games so that it's easy to test builds and strategies and fights and stuff? For example, unlimited gold / make all items free, new items/options for the mode like potions that increase/decrease levels, grants monster buffs, options to spawn/clear minion waves, etc ?
