im sure there will be people who defend riot but honestly when i switched clients like a month ago ive continually had problems playing 5s. i get in, i get booted right when the loading screen/2nd window with older icon pops up and then I GET BANS and its happened multiple times. complain? whats the fucking point, its not like ive received a response or any improvement for anything ive complained before. im so fucking tired of it my computer is 5 years old this shouldnt be a problem. this company makes 1.6b a year and can find the time for in house tournaments with spreadsheets as well as weekend cashgrab after the next via new skins or new fucking "rewards" youll get talked into paying for for a chance at a legacy skin. fuck off. i dont want to report a bug because any time ive complained or reported its done fuck all. im just fuckin sick of my game not working and me being punished for it. fuck league

It's not the age of your computer (you're absolutely right, 5 years is new enough it should have no troubles), something on your computer isn't installed right.

A recent bug some people were having was actually a Microsoft Office bug that would basically alt-tab you out of the game. I doubt that's specifically what's wrong in your case, but it's possible you've got some faulty version of Microsoft Visual C++, the old Alpha client, an outdated graphics driver, or any number of things.

Unfortunately you need a lot more details before anyone can even try to fix you. There are infinite ways to mess up a computer, saying "it's not working" doesn't help anyone to fix the problem until they can reproduce it. Riot's tested the new client on computers so old they barely meet the minimum requirements for the game, you've got to do a little digging on your end to find out what else is up.
