he actually requires more nerfs to his damage output and his range.
I'm a bit baffled about this change too.
Azir doesn't need anymore nerfs, period.
It's honestly getting so frustrating having these trickling nerfs applied.
His knock up was removed, which completely threw his entire kit to a different, not better, direction.
