What if ashe E... Gave + Gold on minion kills!!!!!!!

I noticed a lot of posts talking about Ashe E.

Here's my proposition.

E: teleports ashe to the other side of the map and after 1 second pops her back in the original location. (0 cooldown seconds)

+3 g per kill at 100 +300g Well it sounds good but she still garbage in the meta that revolves around oneshotting. She will become lcs pick doe lawl.

Tbh, it never made sense thematically for me. She is a frost bow archer and competitor to become the queen of Freljord... how does extra gold for killing targets fit in there?

On someone like Miss Fortune, who is a bounty hunter, that would make sense. But not on Ashe, at least in my opinion. Some may say that thematics are no argument here, but for me, making champs fitting their story is important. It is the main reason why I defend Graves' and Sejuanis reworks.
