Quality of Lux, a request for a QoL update to lux.

A long time ago riot made a QoL change to Zigs where his satchel charge could be detonated upon arrival by reengaging the ability.

I ask the same functionality be added to Lux's Singularity, it's already an easy spell to dodge with how slow it moves, on a bad connection having the enemy walk out at the last mIlisecond is quite awkward.
