Can we talk about Cassiopeia?

I'm not sure how I will even address her, you ruined her in every aspect. I'll try my best.

Prior to her rework Cassio was probably the most feared early game champion, with LeBlanc trailing behind, the issue with her was if Cassio didn't cheese early game kills, she would wither off and become a second support. So anyone who played her often enough would know that her early game was the most important thing for her, and what your change did was flip her, you completely gutted her early game.

Now I was one that wanted her to change, become better so she'd be more played because her skillcap was insanely high, and not many could hit E fast enough to throw out damage, and Cassio wasn't popular, or even good, she only decimated because pf her early game cheese. What you did is shifted all her power into her E, why?

Cassiopeia's main damage source was DoT poison, seeing an enemy run away and seeing their HP slowly trickle down was the best feeling, poison does not make you stronger, it slowly kills. But what peeves me off about the change is that you took someone who needed a few tweaks and gutted her, despite what the community said about it. Really all you needed to do was shift a very small amount of her power and shift it to her lategame so she was still relevant if she wasn't 18/0 with 200cs. Which brings me onto my next point.

In order for Cassio to be effective she needed to farm, which is the reason no one played her (that and her skillcap), you had to lasthit like a pro and pick up as much CS as you can, while getting kills and trying to stay good. So you removed her passive that allowed her to stay in lane for extended periods of time and.. put it on her E.

Riot, you annoyed anyone who played her, because you ruined her, the only thing I like about her is her new voice-over, that was done well, aside from that every other change has made me shake my head and then make me realize why she went from being the 6th less picked, to being the third. Instead of gutting champions that don't need it, I suggest you gut the ones that ruin the game the moment they get slightly in front.

I'd gain so much respect for you if you reverted Cassio's changes, so much.
