Hey guys, so of course many people and myself included were pretty upset seeing "some" changes happening in the pre-season 6 patch. One thing in general was the bombshell that you would be dropped down a tier if not more even after you're placements. I went from B5-B1 during S6 with a MMR of 1076. I was getting around 15-20 LP a game, and would lose 10-20 depending. (Really no reason I couldn't reach low silver if I grinded harder) I won 7 out of 10 during my pre-season placements and I was awarded(or punished) with B3. [zombie-nunu-bummed] Feels bad man. But listen guys. There are going to be Challenger players knocked down to low PLAT or even Low gold. Yeah those are the guys that play every minute of the day but they have to grind just as much as everyone else. So here are some tips to help push yourselves through the bullshit. "TIME TO NUT UP OR SHUT UP!" 1.Riot released in a statement that some of the progress you make after you're placements will be rewarded during the start of S7. So there is hope you may even get higher than you thought. 2.There is a lot of changes going on. In the jungle, to champions, Items. It all is changing and you're play style has to adjust as well. Yeah that may have been GREAT(and I am being sarcastic) on but guess what New meta.. Before jumping into a ranked game make sure you have done you're research. Learn new things to do for instance instead of warding just the brush place a Control ward next to that plant that heals you when you hit it and when the enemy jungler sees it and thinks "OH! free gold!" and starts hitting the control ward you and you're jungler rape face and fuck that guy up for being a stupid fuck and for falling for it. "seriously play AP shaco put a random control ward in river and place a bunch of boxes around it, Sit back crack a beer and try not to spew that shit out whenever you get a random kill on a tilted rengar." But do you're research. What items counter what champion best, What masteries(yes they changed some) work best. 3.Something I have noticed just in the preseason is the horrible team comps because everyone is trying to play ETC. Guys. Save that shit for Norms. Ranked is a big deal. Nobody wants to play 40 minute long games just to lose because you're team comp is trash and that was really the deciding factor. Communicate with each other in champ select. KINDA WHY YOU HAVE FOREVER TO PICK CHAMPS ETC. Use your time wisely and you will be rewarded for it. Also another issue and a really simple fix. Counter warding.. Something a lot of players don't think about. If you're Support isn't counter warding and no one has even tried to then man up buy this shit and you know that awkward minute and half after you secure an objective like dragon or baron(even tower) and you're kinda wondering what the hell do I do now. Use that time to clear enemy wards. Wards win games. Vision is key. I like to place random ass wards EVERYWHERE. Never know whenever that random ward will help you secure a kill or even avoid being that guy that dies 50 minutes in and you cost the team fight. 4.Okay boys. This is a shots fired moment at junglers. Especially new junglers. Don't underestimate yourselves. Really. Yes it sucks when you gank a lane and you really don't have shit to show for it. There are negatives like the enemy team knows where your at, so maybe top lane can try to go for a all in knowing you cant jump in. Or they know you cant make it to blue in time. But pressuring lanes can be really important to a team mate that's struggling. I don't play a lot of jungle but I know when im the guy feeding and my jungler is there to pressure the enemy lanner off me it can really make a world of difference. They might miss that cannon minion and that can cost them an item when they back. Its smalls things like that people don't think about. Also don't constantly rage at you're jungler because its 7 minutes into game and you already gave up first blood and your down 40 CS. Play SAFE. That means for 20 minutes of that game you're ass better hug that turret tighter than my boxers hug my girlfriends ass. Learn how to CS under turret. Melee minions can take two turret shots and then you can normally auto it (depending on runes&masteries) and caster minions can take one hit and you better swing to hit that shit. Controlling the wave push is also important. Some enemy champions you want to push hard against and make them lose CS. Others you cant like He will poke you till you want to throw up over your keyboard and rage harder than IWDominate (I love you dom). Last little tip of advice is knowing WHEN to take turrets. YES! that first turret gold is really nice now and gives you quite a pocket full of gold. BUT!!!!! Sometimes its not worth it. Because now you are going to over-extend or you leave them in lane and they catch back up some miracle way and although you went 2-0-1 with a 70 CS lead against your lane opponent, 15 minutes later he comes back with a 70 CS lead over you and their team got 2 Mountain Drakes and he shits on your chest and tells you he wants bacon and eggs for dinner and you say "YES SIR JUST DONT HIT ME AGAIN!" So just be aware that sometimes its not worth rushing first turret gold. 5.And now we come to my last tip and the conclusion of this board. Ever heard the term META Slave? For those who are some what new META Slave is a term we use that means that the person that it is being directed towards is ONLY playing CURRENT META Champions. Kinda like how after rework if they build You just feed your ass off after being dove under turret 10 times and your team is rage quitting harder than Hilary Clinton supporters did after the election. So what im getting at is... BE A META SLAVE.. OMG! BRO! BRUH! SUH DUDE! I only played Support for like 13 games and I went from B4 douche bag 404 error code to I AM A FUCKING GOD. because zyra at the time(kinda still is) is such a good pick as a support mage. So research which champions are in, which are out, Practice with them, Try different builds see what works for you and go win some games.

Guys. My fingers hurt. And I feel that I have put some nice advice out there for anyone of any divison to take from. Iv been playing LoL since S3 so I know some stuff.
