@Riot is Taliyah currently on the radar considering 6.20 notes and current Rylai's changes?

Hello,

EDIT: It got long so I TL;DR; half of it so make sure the important part I'm asking about is at the top hopefully briefly explained. :-)

I'm curious if Taliyah's will be getting any attention in incoming patch(es), please?

In 6.20 patch notes, and rioter's comments, there was a line that she was put in a not exactly best spot because it should be now easier to make her work number wise better.

It has been some time since then and I haven't found her mentioned anywhere so far. From statistics she is currently, as a mage, among the lowest winrates and pickrates. In higher elo play/pro scene she was mentioned as really lacking in power thus ignored.

In next patch there's a Rylai's nerf incoming which has been a core item for her probably since the beginning which will inevitable nerf her even more. I noticed that if necessary there might be some attention to some champions who use the item. But considering how Azir and Kalista who were mentioned in the 6.20 notes together with Taliyah are already receiving some slight buffs on pbe I was wondering Taliyah is still on the list or if she is not considerate anymore?

TL;DR;_ - well next I'm just poiting out/offering some ideas open for discussion._

She suffers mostly because her transition into mid/late game (both) is really lacking. She was released in a weaker state, then buffed, right after that her dmg (Q, E) was capped with dmg reduction, then she was receiving nerf after nerf every patch or two so her dmg was lowered but both dmg reductions remained. I was thinking that maybe releasing this restriction in some way could be a way to push her a bti forward? She was considered abusive early game but that is no longer relevant. So how about having her Q and E dmg reduction scale down with levels? When she gets 5 lvl of Q the reduction would get lower than it is now (50% on every subsequent Q) as well as her E (50% of init dmg into 15% less of that for every subsequent explosion down to 55%)?

Or perhaps giving her buff on worked ground for her single Q (or other abilities)? For example, if Q casted on worked grounds it would have longer range with higher dmg, or maybe more dmg with larger aoe (like throwing a larger boulder than the little ones)? Currently she is nerfed and nerfes herself with her own abilitiy without reasonable reward for that.

What do you boards people think about her and this.

And thank you very much if anyone knows more about her.

Riot Zenon stated that he doesn't want E to do punishing damage (Not sure why), so the max damage cap is probably there to stay. The Q buff is probably not going to come back due to how unfair it felt for the opposing laner.

A lot of Taliyah mains on the Reddit think that E just sucks and it is the skill that needs major adjustments. Personally, I agree since E just feels like a waste of mana late game. It's completely irrelevant against enemies who have Magic Resistance and Health. It doesn't provide heavy CC either. Just a small slow that can be removed by detonating the mines. Some ideas I've seen were a Poppy W effect on detonation of the mines. Or a heavy slow once enemies where hit by the detonating mines. This way she'll have some form of relevant CC throughout the entire game and not have to rely on item 3116 all the time. Her W can use some adjusting, but mainly control-wise. I feel like her Q and R are already very strong.

I mained tali until they nerfed the damage to minions. I've been trying to make her work the past few days cause i miss playing her and If the rylais nerf comes idk how i can make it work and a buff would just be easier

Here's the thing, the nerf on the waveclear was correct, cause now i need 2 spells to do it, not just one, which is fine.

And I also get that worked ground is supposed to be a nerf to the Q because her Q is actually insane, but it really hurts her and fights last too long, the worked ground forces me into bad positioning just to be able to do anything. I want to have the choice of taking a riskier position to actually do damage, or playing safely and being able to contribute to a fight with my bread and butter ability.

it already does almost no damage, so instead of buffing the damage, make her Q on worked ground do a 90% slow for an incredibly small amount of time, like .25 seconds. Just enough to be annoying and let other people hit skillshots.

Also her ult is fun and good and i want to use it more. 15 sec cooldown reduced cross the board please. change it to 165/135/105.

Buff her utility not her damage, she has enough of that.

Just reverting her to pre-6.14 would fix every single issue with her.

not every buff needs a kick back. Just make the ult cd lower without a kick back, it's simply too long of a cd.

They really need to revert Taliyah back to her 6.11 state. Back then her W was much easier to use and more reliable, her E-W combo did most of her damage as opposed to her Q, and overall she was a healthy champion who was changed because people who didn't play her were whining about her.

improveher passive, make it last longer when leaving walls and make her being able to witstand a hit or 2 before falling from it...the same with the ult.

make her worked ground Q do a heavy slow or stun enemies that are hit with Q on WG

lower ult cooldown please.

improve her damage and cc all around.
