Buffs for Ryze plz
Currently
sits at a 44.66% win rate (second lowest overall) and imo this can be attributed to his awful early and late game.
Tl;dr Give early game buffs to Ryze like +3-5 AD and/or +5 flat damage to his E at all ranks to help last hitting creeps. Late game Ryze needs better bonus mana scaling damage for his abilities
Ryze has many problems imo like his lvl 1 ult being too niche and generally un-helpful, and being a "late" game champ that literally cant 1v1 most people when he's supposed to be at his strongest.
Early game farming is arguably waaaaay too harsh for Ryze. Ability costs are high and do low damage which is intended so he doesn't snowball but atm its too much. Most Ryze's go E first and it does literally nothing to help you farm until you put at least 3 points into it because of its high mana cost with low damage. I can't tell you how much I miss creeps by trying to farm with E early. It just needs a little more damage. Ryze uses aa's fast and that's the only part of his early that I like. If his AA's just did a little bit more AD damage like +3-5 I think it would be in a perfect spot.
Ryze's mid game is fine as long as your team/yourself didnt feed like crazy, and you've farmed consistently. The biggest problem I have with his mid game is his lvl 1 ult is way too niche and generally un-helpful, and his lack of damage in majority of the cases. But that's not something I expect them to fix since another rework is slated for him, and im proposing temporary band aids.
Ryze's late game is pretty awful especially in tank metas. He's good at farming, fighting against squishies w/o lifesteal, and already low health targets and that's it. 1v1ing targets at full health is not recommended, because your ult doesnt help you kill people. This makes it so you have to be perfect with your combos. Just 1 missed q and its you're done or have to run. It's too brutal with the current Ryze and meta.
So I propose giving his bonus mana better ratios aimed to improve his late game. Maybe for each rank of his ult add an extra +1% bonus mana scaling to each of his abilities (so an extra +2% bonus mana scaling to his abilites by lvl 11) which would have help his mid-late scaling.
