An idea for the eventual Morde rework.

When Mordekaiser finally gets his rework, or maybe as a temporary buff/encouragement towards build diversity:

Could he have at least some of the mana/regen he would get from items converted into bonus HP/health regen? RoA, the Sheen items, and Morelos are all items I would love to build on him if I weren't wasting so much gold on the mana I wasn't using.
