@Riot how did you come to the decision to remove Normal draft in some regions?

My best guess is that blind pick is being kept for those that dont yet own enough champs for draft. If this is correct how about teambuild rebuilt? or increase the size of the free champ rotation so that new players will have 16 available champs by level 5 incuding the ones recieved through hextech crafting premium chests.

if a red could reply with the reasoning for this upcoming change and the thoughts behind it I think the response would be much appreciated maybe some will disagree but communication is key.
