Pause - revisited.

My idea is that each team gets a 5 minutes pause (if needed) before 20 minutes. I've had many ranked games where one person was unable to load the game and had to restart LoL, someones mouse battery dies, or any other reason we miss out on someone. So, 5 minutes in we are just getting our adc, jungle, or mid and there is no loss forgiveness for things like this. If we had a way to just pause for a few minutes to allow someone to change their batteries or restart their LoL it would make the rest of the game much more enjoyable.

I agree there is some problems with trolling and people could pause for no reason, but I think the pros are better than the cons.
