Match Making System

This is a legit question I want a legit answer to (trolls are welcome since you'll invite yourselves anyway). But is the match making system intentionally putting less than average players (below my elo) in series queue? Honestly I find it that I have easier or better games when I'm not due for promotion. Once my series starts I can't help but feel that RIOT just throws you the worst teams, i.e usually the more immature ones, or the "mid or feed" or just straight feeders. is there a solution to this other than "yes you can carry yourself out of low elo" or "you belong in bronze if you can't carry" or stuff like that?

For the " Carry yourself out" players, maybe instead of trying to be cool, why not teach them? Why not give some actual advise? Not everyone is equipped with a mentality to self carry.

OP, have you never been matched with someone else in their promo series? There's a big banner at the top of the champ select screen telling you that you'll be rewarded with the same IP and LP regardless of if you win or lose, because that game is just to test one specific person.

I'm kind of shocked that you've never noticed that before one of your games. Maybe pay more attention to the screen before the game starts?
