30 minute penalty for not locking in despite trying to lock in.

Not 5 minutes ago from writing this I just got a dodge penalty I did not mean to make. I had 15 seconds on the clock as I typed in the last digits for and it doesn't secure my lock. I can't even lock in and I go into a panic as I watch the timer tick down to 0 then I get penalized. What. The. Fuck. This happened earlier today as well but i'm going to disregard that one as I was having internet problems. But this time as the game refused to accept my lock in I could very easily browse the web and watch videos so its not something on my end. Wasn't this issue fixed ages ago? Hell, this is the first time this has happened to me.

I just lost some LP now and I'm not getting it back despite how unfair this is....
