Less IP than what is shown

I have a problem, it normally hasn't been much of a hassle to deal with but over the course of a month now, I decided to chuck this issue to riot if they'll look at it. For the past month or so I've had this IP bug where it shows I have more than what I really have, it confuses me greatly when I think I should have enough to purchase a new champion with IP, as you can see in the screen shot (Usernames painted over for privacy of those in my friend's list.) I should have enough to purchase galio, a champion I though I had bought but apparently didn't, whoops. I'd like help getting this rectified if possible.
