Can't cast abilities

So I have had this problem for a while now (6 months) and I will finally make another post because my first one did fuck all so here we go. So every 10 games I have this problem where I actually can't cast abilities. Literally at all. Usually dcing and rcing fixes it but now that isn't even working. I don't know why this happens and would like someone to give me some advice. But these are the things that don't work: -Resetting Abilities -None of my keys are stuck

closing the entire launcher
uninstalling and reinstalling All of these I have tried and all of them haven't worked. Please post if you know what to do because I don't see a single thing I can do.

Trying running the repair feature that the LoL Client has at startup to see if that helps fix the problem. If that doesn't work do a fresh uninstall/install and see if that fixes it. If after trying all of those send in a support ticket. I will say sending it a ticket can take time and might not be as fast as you'd like but everytime I've sent in a ticket my issue was usually resolved within the week I sent it in. Since you've had this problem for 6 months it taking a couple of days via the support ticket route shouldn't be a problem.
