@Rioters; Question about any planned tweaks to twitch coming in the Marksman update?

I have a question about if there are any tweaks for Twitch coming with the marksmen update? If so what are some possible tweaks coming? Also would like to suggest possible tweaks if there are some tweaks. Possible tweaks for Twitch:

1. Allowing his q to provide half attack speed and 1%/2%/3%/4%/5% movement speed initially before going into stealth and after the stealth duration ends provides 2%/4%/6%/8%/10% movement speed
2. Allow for his w to stun when a target has max poison stacks on a target for 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 seconds 3.Possibly change stealth delay to 1.35 seconds instead of 1.5 seconds.
