Garen Judgment
Where the hell is Garen Judgment crit I looked at what his Judgment do and it says Garen's Judgment do crit for bonus dmg but I use Judgment every game and I never got a crit hit riot did broke Garen's Judgment crit or removed?

Garen's crits don't show the crit text, just regular red DoT text, but the tick that crits will deal more damage.
afaik crits work as intended but they're visually subtle.

better of running flat ad reds, ad quints , armor yellows, mr blues or cdr blues

go into a custom game, buy a small amount of crit chance. spin on a jungle monster, retreat to reset it, spin on it again. youll notice that youre not dealing the exact same damage to it every time.
