Garen Judgment
Where the hell is Garen Judgment crit I looked at what his Judgment do and it says Garen's Judgment do crit for bonus dmg but I use Judgment every game and I never got a crit hit riot did broke Garen's Judgment crit or removed?

I think you have to build crit first for it to actually... Crit. Weird. Anyways, try using periods. Can't believe that's all one sentence.
lol in all of your garen games you dont have any crit items built. cant crit with out crit chance

it still crits.
go into a custom game, buy a small amount of crit chance. spin on a jungle monster, retreat to reset it, spin on it again. youll notice that youre not dealing the exact same damage to it every time.
