[Suggestion] Add an auto-following free camera (ala Heroes of the Storm)

If you've ever played Heroes of the Storm, they have the default camera which follows you once your player walks within the borders, no matter where you are in the border, you could be in the corner of the screen. I would really like to see this camera system implemented in League, because as someone who mainly plays locked camera, it is difficult to unlock as a more ranged character and have my character just walk off the screen, instead of it following me while im walking but in the corner, not the center. this would also help a ton when playing on Red side, because the Ui can sometimes get in the way where i want to click with a locked camera.

EDIT: Easier explaination: what heroes has is where its technically semi-locked, but you can still free move the camera past the edges, and moving it back to the champion will lock it again, it kinda slowly re-centers if you dont move it after a while
