I can't really think of a rational behind this but placing new accounts in the Iron rank and all the new stuffs are designed to promote 1 person-1 account policy. I can't think of a detailed rational behind this hunch, but at least i feel that my hunch is right. The question is would there be more rewards for people playing on just 1 acccount?

I mean... i believe a lot of people creat new accounts to just get placed at silver... if you're a bronzie.... well i did that
Quil Evrything1 voteserrr.. in that perspective, it makes even less sense. getting stuck in iron 4, gives people even MORE incentive to go make or buy new accounts. Whcih encourages multiple accounts per person, not "1 person 1 account"
