Binding One Key For Two Items?

Is there a way to bind your trinket and one of your item slots to a same key. I play and I binded my middle mouse button to stealth wards which is traditionally on 4. I want to bind the middle mouse button to my second item slot where I keep my control wards. By doing this I can use one key for two things and it makes ward hopping a lot easier. In my opinion, this would not be considered giving a competitive advantage since you're not preforming two actions at once, you're just binding one key to two items. The only issue I would presume could occur is that the game would not know which item to prioritize if you had both stealth wards and control wards available. Let me know what you guys think.
