On my way ping no longer creates chat message

If this change is intended to stay in the game I'd like to be able to change the setting back to how it used to be.

Why would the want to stunt communication? Bring it back IMO.
This has been bothering me so much
I've noticed that a bunch of the smart pings don't generate chat messages for me anymore and it's supremely annoying. I'd like to know who's pinging what.
I just thought It was a bug
Ok one thing I actually noticed about this was when I play on a smurf I can actually SEE on my way pings in the chat but when I'm on my main it's clearly not showing up. I have asked multiple people this and half of them say it shows in chat but the other half say it doesn't which makes me believe this was not intended and is actually a bug with one of the recent patches especially since there is no way to mute or remove on my way / on the way ping from showing up in chat.
