[GAMEPLAY] Rammus Q counts as terrain for Poppy E

Rammus' Powerball (Q) caused me to get stunned in the middle of lane when Poppy's Heroic charge (E) was used on me. Attempts to recreate this bug haven't worked so far. In the video Poppy uses Steadfast Presence (W) with Heroic Charge although attempts to recreate the bug with this combination have also not worked consistently.
