ARAM is not truly random

The RNG is weird like I own all champions and talon is not even free but I got him twice in a row playing one game after another.

It isn't truly random, but not in the way you said.

It's not random because people can make ARAM accounts where they only buy champions that are good in ARAM. However, if you own all the champions, it should be random (I think).

Getting the same champ twice doesn't make it "not random"; if anything, never getting the same champion more than once in a row could just mean that the randomness is artificial, or just made to look random, but not really random.

It's just the odds of getting two talons as a pick is like 1/123 times 1/123 (assumedly) and sometimes the system does this weird thing were someone rerolls a champ like nunu, and then a second person rerolls, they get nunu. Also i think some champions also gets higher odds than others, like i got udyr, zed and kayle many times and rerolled but rarely or never got yorick, ahri, or graves.

Again, that's how it should be. If you got every champion an equal amount of times, that probably means it's artificial "randomness" and not actual randomness. Though I guess you could argue the former is better.

Besides, what would they have to gain from having some champions chosen more often than others?
