Ult Hunter and prescence of mind should be unique or something. Maybe Cosmic insight too. Would fix Karthus, and prevent a whole shit load of problems from happening when people catch on to that.

presence of mind needs no nerf, dark harvest needs a maximum range to snipe karthus from tier one.

I like the idea of karthus reaping souls but... C'mon man... A change to a rune not tailored for karthus is what pushed him to tier one?
