This looks like a player who deliberately keeps their rank low. They have 0% winrate with over 200 games on Tahm Kench for example. By keeping their rank low they can keep stomping bad players. It's a pretty shitty thing to do.

Playing in bronze elo inting games with 3 different champs (0-1% winrate but whenever they get yi they stomp)

I wonder if they ll ever decide to go for chall on that account. AT that point this Master yi ll be the best master yi stat wise on any site (Which is prob why they are doing that)
