pE4CbxDPQO1 votesSadly, but basically if they want to make a jungle item that Ezreal can't abuse they just have to take away the on hit on his Q and make it scale with like 155% ad 75%ap with a pretty low base, which is too bad. I like the "ooooh yeah. Got my Sheen. Shit's about to go down!" feeling.
