Is Sona blacklisted in the winter ARURF?
Just curious, I haven't seen her and I know for a fact she has a Christmas skin.

Sona is banned since rito said she was too strong in urf. Which is annoying because I'm seeing things like syndra and duskblade twitch anyway, would be fun to at least play sona and be OP.
Sona and Ryze are banned in every URF... :(
0 second cooldown or something (even though I think new Ryze techincally doesn't achieve that).

In addition to it being more festive by limiting it to winter skins, the limited champion pool removes a lot of champions that were frequently criticized in URF.
i've been trying to get her everyday in the current arurf since they said "All owned champions are playable" no such luck though
