One idea to make less toxic in lane Akali's R

One of the most stressful thing about Akali, aside his passive, is her ammo based ultimade. In fact, she can harass hard with it and, even if you can react, you have a no real time window to engage her safetly and of your own free will. My suggestion is: let's make her Shadow Dance to have a mechanic like Ahri's Spirit Rush:

FROM: Akali generates a charge of Essence of Shadow periodically and upon kills or assists, and can store up to 3 charges. ACTIVE: Akali moves through the shadows to quickly dash to and strike the targeted enemy, dealing magic damage and consuming a charge of Essence of Shadow.

**TO: ** ACTIVE: Akali moves through the shadows to quickly dash to and strike the targeted enemy dealing magic damage. Shadow Dance can be cast two additional times within X seconds of activation, before going on cooldown. If Akali scores a kill or an assist, she gains another dash that she have to use within X seconds.

Her mechanics are the same, but now Akali will use her ultimade just to murder you, not as an harassing tool. Besides, She will have finally a real time window in which you can all-in her, that is when her R is on CD, and she can be balanced (even buffed) around it.

Disclaimer: I never said Akali is OP or uncounterable, but laning against her is indeed stressful, like LB.
