This game

This game has lost it's appeal to me. There seems to be no algorithm in its matchmaking. No formula. Nothing. Instead of banning people who constantly disconnect or afk, they would rather ban people who use bad language or rag on other people for feeding, etc. I've been banned before to having to win two normal draft matches before I could play ranked. It wasn't because of my match history either. Seems like a punishment that should be enforced on people who constantly get graded C or lower in their match stats. I don't like games that cater to the casual player. Ranked solo queue is a joke. Hopefully someone from RIOT reads this. I'll be playing Smite in the mean time.
