So a big problem is when in ranked or really any pick people go positions after they were picked bcause they say that its the only position that they play. Why not have a map or something that u can click on in the middle to choose your lane or jungle when u pick. And add a report option for refused to play a position or something like that.
Teambuilder has you pick the lane you want. Riot has mentioned workings on ranked teambuilder as well, but instead of picking your champion right away you get placed into a team as the "mid" player lets say. They were also saying you would be able to pick your top two or three positions and you would be placed into a team depending on that. There was also talks of a "fill" position if you dont care.
