I lost this account to a hacker, and I am very pleased to say that shine helped me get my account back thanks to shine. She helped me a lot and I was pretty difficult to help. Riot you hired a good, diplomatic employee. I just wanted to thank you for actually helping your players and dealing with a big issue for many games now a days.
