what happened to right click?

i used to be able to right click next to player shit head bubble and block him. now the right click does nothing. what happened?

i restarted the client and suddenly it worked again. idk what caused this bug, but fix it please. i don't want to restarted my client on 80% of my games.

the closest I can come is how I used to have people to right click with, but now nobody new does it anymore, they just use abilities.
