Considering the reason they're reworking vel'koz, they actually should rework him (unless of course he has special treatment since he's lee sin)

I suck so much ass with him (and probably so does anyone under like plat) and even i have to admit, he's a blast to play. So fun. I can see why people enjoy playing him. Even when I'm sucking with him, it's just fun!
