As a level 7 , the removal of his Unstoppable pretty much killed him off and could use a revert.

That's supposed to be one of his weaknesses. He can shop in lane but in order to heal up properly he has to get regen items or go to base. It absolutely should not be mitigated by giving him sustain in his kit.
