Chances of getting an owned champ that's F2P in ARAM?

Our of curiosity i'm wondering if anyone knows the answer to this.

If you own a champion, and it's free to play one week, do you have double the chances of getting that champ in ARAM?(because they're f2p AND you own them) Or is it the same odds all around?

It's probably the same odds. You don't 'double own' the champion, you just own it once.

I have all but 5 champs and I will bet you any money that their stupid randomizer will give me those champs if I haven't bought them yet because their randomizer is friggin stupid. Every champ should have the same % chance to get yet you see alot of the same champs all the time in ARAM. I received Karma 3 games in a row this past weekend and that's not the first time that has happened with a certain champ. With 130 some odd champs that shit should not happen as regularly as it does. Hence the randomizer is skewed towards something for some dumb ass reason someone at RIOT thought was a good idea.

Prior i know the f2p champs had a better chance to roll than owned champs. I believed they turned it off because of the 3 week rule though
