Well his winrates are trash anywhere outside of 1% of soloqueue and competitive. So no he should not be nerfed.

Well until riot decides to ban certain champions from competitive in order for them to be balance in soloque this will be the case because tahm is so valuable in a well coordinated environment. BTW this will happen never

Meh, as long as I can still atk spd Tahm Kench top, and deal feasible damage with stun+aa+Devour into wall combo, I'm fine.

Despite the nerfs he still manages to be strong due to his point and click ''save my ally for a certain period of time'' ability.
