Probably since this will be my last few weeks playing League. I might as well suggest something so that others wont quit like I will.
Problem: The difference between a bad player + point click champ and bad player + a skill shot champ is ENORMOUS. Yes we've already been through this but, I know for a fact, the whole community except the ones who main point click champions will agree that champions for example: Katarina, Yi, Irelia and Riven are too rewarding for their skill level. Champions like Yi can just afk jungle farm, pop out when they have main item built and can proceed to faceroll others. This is why I propose that everyone single Lvl 30 (can add more rules such as maybe Silver+ or non toxic) person takes a poll on which champion should be changed by Riot. We know Riot values the community immensely, so why not give us all a voice instead of taking things from data. LCS matches, and the minority of people who actually go on the boads. Not all of us are Challenger and some champs do well in other elos and others dont. Some may say, "Just get better" yes, we should but, the game should aswell. Polling gives Riot another glimpse of the communities opinions and who is toxic. After all, we are the players that Riot can live without.
Another suggestion: Recycling ideas. After maybe 2-3 years, Riot will run out of archetypes to form champions. The champion pool may reach upwards of 150 who knows. But the number archetypes isnt infinite. There will be a time when champion x and champion y will look very very similar. Ex: there are alot of blade/sword champions in League the main thing keeping them apart is the actual champion look and cosmetic variations. This is why I might suggest we take the most underplayed champions which the community deems uninteresting and not worth to play or over classed and recycle 2-3 of them and find the last scraps of uniqueness in them to form another champion. This way, Riot doesn't end up with 150 champs which only 25 are ever seen played regularly and next 40 are actually not extinct. People will say, oh the community controls who to play, its their fault for no diversity. Well, theres are reason why we dont play champions like Urgot, he/she is either overclassed or boring/repetitive to play. Reworking doesn't work all the time. Ex: Eve, op when redone, nerfed, nerfed again, and now underplayed. Ex: Viktor, underplayed since the start, rework, still immensely underplayed. Theres just some archetypes and skills that dont work well or appeal to the community.
Sorry if theres any grammar stuff, too lazy to fix and reread. So theres my suggestions. I hope Riot realizes that League isn't going to last forever the ways things are going.
