Glitch Queue Client

So for the past few weeks, I've been getting ALOT of bugs.

1. Regularly, I can't go into the shop and look up my match history, all I get is that error know pop up a few seconds later I quit trying.
2. When I queue and accept yes, I see only 3-4 others saying yes aswell so I guess I'm lagging.
3. I can't pick/ban champs since it says "retrieving data from server" and that eats up 1-2minutes making so that I exit the qselect and lose lp.

Idk if this eliminates any possibilities, but I'm not lagging in game. I consistently have 50-80 ping so its probably not my internet.
