Did you purchase the high priced champions? There are plenty of viable cheap champions to play. Because you did it wrong doesn't mean you can't have enough champs to play ranked at level 30. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the new system except how it is approached with ignorance by players who make bad purchases because they are filled with excuses, like I don't like those champs.
