I really like the black cleaver changes on the pbe but I must say it's scaring me...

this gonna bring a huge spike/core items for many fighters and I'm worried about riot nerfed them because of this changes...

They need to be careful, I don't want to see the ww effect happen again :/

can a Rioter reassure us on this subject?
