Can there be a system to block people from picking certain champs? (minirant)

I know, I know. Won't happen, and shouldn't happen either. Just frustrated.

Just had someone who literally has 20+ games of ranked this season on their "main" and have a sub 20% win rate and less than a 1.00 for KDA on average.... But guess who they picked in this game??? Same champion, guess what happened to us? We lost. I know its not.

Like there has to be a point where its considered intentionally losing if you keep forcing a pick you cant play on people in ranked nonstop.

If you're concerned about people on your team playing champs they suck on, op.gg them in champ select and be a prick and ban the champ if you don't want them to play it. That is kind of an extreme douchey thing to do, such as your OP, but hey....you do you man.
