He got a tiny buff in 9.9 and everyone's acting like he's somehow the strongest jungler in the game. Has everyone forgotten he was the worst/2nd worst jungler in the game until his buffs, which placed in from D tier to maybe low C tier. Use your brains people.

Volibear never was the worst Jungler. Just the most unpopular. He is definitely not top tier (in higher Elos) but he isn't as bad as many people think he is. In my opinion he is underrated. And that is good (for me). People will play him a bit now but in 3 weeks he is as unpopular as before.
