Make the Storm Razor ranged only.

I don't know if I am the only one who thinks that the new item Storm Razor is too broken for champs as Master, Yas, Trynd etc. I was thinking if they made it for ranged only, because right now the ADC role gets easily destroyed by everyone. Yes I know it looks like a sword but still... :DDD.
