Is there any talk about buffing camp exp a bit to compensate? This is ridiculous with how hard jungle exp keeps getting hit over and over again. You were already normally behind laners in exp due to ALL of the constant nerfs we've been getting left and right and now this just put us even further behind. I can't powerfarm anymore, I get it, but at the same time I can't really gank that Darius two levels above me either.

That's how it's supposed to work. Riot wants junglers about equal XP to duo laners, not at the same level as the top and mid lanes. This is due to the much higher global impact that the jungler can affect on the game.
The problem so far is one side clear equates to not quite 3 levels unless you want to trudge through clearing red side. Which leaves you so low you can't fight for scuttle or gank. Like, it nerfs jungles a good bit...
Jungle is fine, all games are still played with 2 junglers
Jungle experience isn't even that bad, if you are finding yourself down more than 2+ levels that means you messed up somewhere (either you didn't clear efficiently or you spent too much time taking bad ganks or something else)
Also need to remember, when first scuttle spawns it will be at the average level of those in the game (which at that point would be level 3). So instead of going buff/scuttle or like buff/camp/scuttle, you are able to clear a couple camps before both buffs into scuttle and should be able to rubberband your exp on those cleared camps where you get catchup exp bonus by clearing them at level 4 when the camps are likely level 5.

It should be obvious by now that Riot hates late game, powerfarm junglers because "they aren't entertaining enough." Why else would they repeatedly nerf Jungle xp into the dirt and remove hunters potion while saying it's to "combat level 2/3 jungle ganks" even though it obviously is making excessive ganking worse.
at this point jg should be removed and just have a sup on top and bot

Scuttle didnt get nerfed. Scuttle spawning later gives more exp than when it spawned at 2 min, because scuttle lvl is based on average level in the game. Hence more exp since at 3:15 both junglers should be lvl 3. Also, this change is great for solo laners, because they dont have to int with their jungler lvl 2 and throw the game for a early scuttle. IMO best jungle change this season.
