[Client] Buying a chroma during champ select makes it unable to be used for that match

  1. Buy chroma for skin in champ select
  2. Get error saying "There was an error please try again"
  3. Try to select chroma again and keep getting same error.

Ive experienced this with multiple different chroma skins also.
