Why not just delet: Ekko, Fizz, Leblank, Akali

Epic nerf in "rework"

: passive slow removed.

:

1. W damage based on missing health removed;
2. W has to wait 2 seconds to get max damage; (and Fizz has aleady died)
3. R 120% damage removed;
4. if QR then damge decudes at least 50%

ALL 3 abilities are nerfed in order to get stronger "invisible" in smoke.

:

1. Have to wait 1.5 second to trigger damage;
2. RW (two dashs) removed
3. (should be more, I dont main LB)

To me, these 4 champs can be deleted. "Rework" is just another name of "Nerf". They will become totally unplayable.

But other assassins are getting stronger. Not sure if new R will be a buff since W passive is removed.
