Conqueror is too broken
Hi, I have come back after 3 / 4 months to playing League. It's definitely better than S8 and S9 but there are still things I think are absolutely dumb. Since I don't want to take too much of your time I will tell you 2 that stand out to me the most to me.

Herald Herald destorying towers like madman seems a bit weird and doesn't match the game at all. Towers are structures that should protect you and should be hard to kill. So I don't understand why Herald takes more than half of your tower's HP. It's just too rewarding especially in early game where it gives you 3 free tower plates which is load of golds and more than half of tower's HP.

Conqueror I have never in my 8 years of playing seen such broken rune / mastery. It heals you hilarious amount of HP simply because you fight (the thing you would do anyways). It most of the times wins you the trade even If you are worse than your opponent because what does it matter how he plays when you start healing in 3 seconds like you would have hextech gunblade. It might sound a lot like low elo talking but I think it actually wins you the trades you should lose. In late game it's basically like 1 or 2 full spell vamp items. I know conqueror used to do a lot of true damage but TBH when you nerf the rune you just nerf it but what Riot did was change instead of nerf. They didn't just take it's stats but also added stats somewhere else so instead being unbalanced cause of doing true damage and a bit of healing it's unbalanced because of healing hilarious amount of HP.
I can elaborate on anything because I didn't make all of my points and arguments but again I don't want to take much of your time If you don't want to discuss it. That's my opinion and I don't know why runes should influence the game so much as well as I don't know why we have paper instead of actual tower.
are pretty much top-tier (it doesn't help that the resolve tree is lousy) while those who can't make good of it like
still have to take it because it's so OP. I agree with you on that one.
